Vicki has 25 years of experience in consulting with over 200 businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and health care, education and government organizations primarily in California. 

 A Few Major Accomplishments Include:

• Established and facilitate three Leadership Development Programs for aspiring community leaders 
• Coach individuals to improve their organizational, leadership and supervision skills
• Adjunct instructor for University of San Francisco and Alliant University (formerly California School for Professional Psychology) in both bachelors and masters level organizational behavior and leadership development programs during the 1990s
• Provide struggling non profit organizations and their boards of directors with strategic plans that have been implemented
• Facilitated and developed Continuous Quality Improvement Systems for several health care organizations
