• Design and facilitate critical meetings for organizations when a professional facilitator is needed. Examples include community forums, strategic planning with boards of directors of non profit organzations, business and non profit planning retreats.

FACILITATOR FOR CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

• Facilitate Conflict Resolution involving two or more people using a method that causes all parties to "state the problem, listen and reflect to each other, and develop a mutual agreeable solution".
